We purchase select Apple products and other newer smart devices. Not every device qualifies, and what we can offer depends on the model, its condition, its specifications and current market value.
Because the offer depends on the individual device, there is no fixed price list. You can start a buyback request online, and we evaluate each device before we make an offer.
What your device's condition means
A device doesn't have to be perfect to have value. Here's roughly how different conditions are handled.
Clean devices
A device in good working order may qualify for a normal resale-value offer.
Blacklisted devices
A blacklisted device may still qualify for a reduced parts-only offer.
iCloud / Activation Locked devices
These may potentially qualify for parts-only consideration, subject to ownership verification.
Damaged or non-working devices
Cracked, water-damaged or non-working devices may still have value — bring it in and we'll take a look.
How the evaluation works

An IMEI or serial number is required as part of the evaluation. It's used to evaluate the device's status and help determine the appropriate offer — it is not simply a check to reject blacklisted devices.

Condition, functionality and specifications are assessed in person by our technicians.

Once we've evaluated the device, we'll tell you what we can offer — or let you know if it doesn't qualify.
Before you sell
A few requirements that apply to every device we purchase.
- You must legally own the device, or otherwise have the legal authority to sell it.
- Let us know if the device is still linked to an account — ownership may need to be verified before we can proceed.
- No automatic pricing: every offer is based on an evaluation of your specific device.
- Nothing is guaranteed until we've seen and evaluated the device.
